Jeff Carmello shot the Heavens Ranch match in Chino Hills on Saturday and then drove up to Morro Bay from Rialto after that in order to shoot with us on Sunday. We had a BBQ Saturday evening after setting the course. We saved some for Jeff when we heard that he would be pulling in around 9 or 10pm that night. We don't have cows or too many large animals to worry about so we ran the targets strings on Saturday evening as well. That way we could have a quick start in the morning. The squirrels must be getting hungry because of the dry vegetation. Four of the strings were chewed clear through. Typical weather in the mid 70's with a little less wind than usual. Variable gusts later in the match.
