Match director: Scott Hull

We had a pleasant Father's day match in Morro Bay. Overcast skies shielded the sun most of the morning, but the winds kicked in early just as the match started. 5-15 mph for most of the match. We set a lot of far targets with full-size kill zones today. They ended up being tough in the wind. I could not hit any of them. Jeff Carmello hit a couple of them including his last shot which he needed in order to tie me for high Piston shooter of the match. Alan shot the match high score in Hunter/PCP only missing two of his long shots. Jim POH came down from Palo Alto to shoot with us. Vince Pacheco (normally shoots Open) shot well in his Hunter/PCP debut. William Baldwin and Keith Eminger each shot their best scores yet on the course by a one point margin. A commendable accomplishment considering the wind. John Bergquist joined in again for his second FT match, this time trying out Open style.
